Nypro has developed a standardized program management system, ProM, which is easily
accessed by our customers via the internet. This is a phase-gated process which
allows effective interaction across functional teams. Review meetings are conducted
as the program progresses from one phase to the next. Critical information such
as design data, engineering analysis, program schedules and issue trackers are maintained
on the system and updated across global time zones.
