The Nypro Operating Way is a system

Practices that provide a seamless interface among all operations. Every

NOW is managed both regionally and functionally. Regionally, NOW is managed by
a group of leaders headed by the top operating executive in Nypro's five
regions-North America, Latin America, Europe, China & India, and Southeast
