Gregory G. Adams
Greg Adams is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was Chief Technology and Information Officer. In previous Nypro roles Greg oversaw multiple North American operations and served as executive sponsor for key customers. He has also had responsibility for Corporate Quality; Supply Chain Management; Environmental, Health & Safety and Nypro University. Prior to joining Nypro in 1998, he held executive positions with global plastics and engineering firms based in the U.S. and Europe, with extensive Asia experience. He began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young; his experience also includes commercial banking and strategic transaction advisory services. Greg received a BA from Michigan State University prior to Masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
              
Charles E. Dana
Chuck Dana is a member of the Executive Committee of Owens Corning and has been Group President, Composite Solutions Business since 2003. He joined Owens Corning in 1996 as Vice President, Corporate Audit and Controller for Composite Solutions Business until becoming Vice President, Global Sourcing in 1999. Prior to Owens Corning, Chuck worked in a variety of finance and operating roles with General Electric Company, including GE Plastics, GE Power Generation, and GE Locomotives and at GE's corporate headquarters. He has served on boards for Owens Corning businesses in India and South Africa. Chuck graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics in 1977.
              
Cynthia P. Danaher
Cynthia Danaher is Vice President, retired and General Manager of Hewlett-Packard Company's Healthcare Solution Group (HSG). HSG is a leading provider of clinical devices, device-linked information solutions and services for the healthcare industry, including patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology, ultrasound imaging, innovative services and support and hospital supplies. She joined Hewlett-Packard in 1984 in sales development for ultrasound imaging and served as business development manager of ultrasound imaging products from 1986 to 1989. She holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Vermont in Burlington and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
              
Woodie C. Flowers
Woodie Flowers is Pappalardo Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Emeritus at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He joined the MIT faculty as Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering in 1972 and has been Professor and Director of the New Products Program since 1988. He was host of the Public Broadcasting System television series, “Scientific America Frontiers" from 1990-2003; MIT's School of Engineering Professor of Teaching Innovation from 1991-1994, and has been National Advisor for the FIRST program (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science & Technology) since 1992. Woodie received his BS from Louisiana Polytechnic University in 1966, MS and ME degrees from MIT in 1968 and 1970 and his PhD from MIT in 1972.
              
Ronald S. Frank
Ron Frank is Partner and Lead, Strategy and Change Internal Practice for IBM. He oversees projects that support the setting of direction, re-designing of critical processes and the management of transformation initiatives for the line and staff teams within and across IBM. Prior to IBM, Ron was a strategy consultant with Bain and Company, Gemini Consulting and Mercer Management Consulting. He began his career as a faculty member in the MBA program at Harvard Business School. He also spent several years as the Chief Operating Officer at Kessler Financial Services, a leading affinity sales and marketing company in the financial service industry. Ron holds a BA in Mathematics from Queens College, City University of New York and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Johns Hopkins University.
              
Gordon B. Lankton
Gordon Lankton is Chairman of the Board at Nypro Inc. and Director and Founder of the Museum of Russian Icons. He joined Nypro, then known as Nylon Products Corp., in 1962 as General Manager and 50 percent owner. He became Vice President in 1965 and President in 1969, when he bought the remaining 50 percent. He was President for 33 years, becoming Chairman in 2002. Gordon introduced Nypro's profit-sharing program in 1964; this program has paid more than $100 million to date to Nypro team members. Gordon added employee stockholders in 1966. In 1988, he sold virtually all of his stock to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) which now owns a substantial portion of Nypro's stock along with employee- owners. With Gordon's guidance, Nypro's revenues have risen from $600,000 in 1966 to $1.25 billion in 2010. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
              
Theodore E. Lapres, III
Ted Lapres has been President and CEO of Nypro Inc. since 2006. He had been Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2002. Ted joined Nypro as Corporate Controller in 1988. As President, Ted has focused on positioning Nypro to serve its customers and enhancing profitability, while keeping the company private and employee-owned. He led the recent reorganization of Nypro into global business units, focused on Healthcare, Packaging and Consumer/Electronics markets. During his 22 years at Nypro, Ted has helped the Company to grow from around $80 million to $1.25 billion in revenues and expand from approximately nine operations to more than 40 operations in 15 countries. He started his career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand in Boston and London for seven years. He also served as Corporate Controller for a packaging company. Ted is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Cornell's' Johnson Graduate School of Management.
              
Thomas E. Moloney
Tom Moloney is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, retired for John Hancock Financial Services, a Fortune 500 provider of insurance and investment products and services with well over $100 billion in assets under management. In this position, Tom functioned in a corporate Chief Operating Officer-type role, with direct management responsibility for 23 divisions employing 3100 people, as well as CFO for the $12.9 billion market-capitalized enterprise. He was a senior member of an eight-person leadership team. Tom also served on the Board of Directors for eight Hancock subsidiaries, three of which he chaired. He joined John Hancock in 1965 and held positions in Accounting, Tax, Controllers', as Vice President and Controller and as Senior Vice President and Controller before becoming Senior EVP and CFO. Tom holds a BS from Bentley College.
              
Sophie Vandebroek
Sophie Vandebroek is Xerox's Chief Technology Officer and the President of the Xerox Innovation Group. She was named to this position in January 2006 and became a Corporate Vice President in February 2006. She is responsible for overseeing Xerox's worldwide research centers and for maximizing the company's return on investment in research and technology. Previously, she had been Chief Engineer for Xerox and Vice President of the Xerox Engineering Center. Prior to that, Sophie had been Chief Technology Officer at Carrier Corp. She held a number of technology positions at Xerox from 1991 to 2000. She has received awards from Xerox, IBM, HP, Monsanto, The Belgium National Science Foundation, Semiconductor Research Corporation, IEEE and Cornell University. Sophie earned a Masters Degree in electro-mechanical engineering from Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven, Belgium and a PhD in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
