| Greg Adams is Corporate Vice President, Global Engineering
& Technology. Prior to joining Nypro in 1998, he held executive positions
with global plastics and engineering firms, based in the US and Europe.
Previous to his current role at Nypro, he oversaw all North American
operations. Greg holds a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from the
University of Michigan. Greg is Nypro's Champion on Program Management for
Rapid Global Launches and serves as Chairman of the Nypro Institute. |

| Jim Buonomo is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy
Officer. Since joining Nypro in 1977 with an MBA from the University of
Massachusetts, Jim has worked in all aspects of finance, manufacturing, sales
and general administration. He was Nypro's first corporate executive for China,
starting in 1993 with about 50 employees and $500,000 in sales. Today, Nypro
China has more than 7000 employees, a dozen facilities and about $300 million
in sales. Jim also serves on the Executive Committee of the Society for the
Plastics Industry, Washington DC. |

| Lou Gaviglia is Corporate Vice President, Consumer &
Electronics. He joined Nypro in 2001. Prior experience included a number of top
executive and chief executive positions with contract manufacturing companies.
His early experience was with Digital Equipment Corporation, where he had
global responsibility for manufacturing and logistics. Lou oversees global
Nypro accounts including Dell Computer, HP and Nokia. A graduate of Boston
College with an MBA from Boston University, Lou heads Nypro's initiatives with
customer-focused design.

| Steve Glorioso is Corporate Vice President,
Healthcare for Nypro. He joined Nypro in 1993 after holding key sales and
marketing management positions in the semiconductor, interconnect and contract
manufacturing industries. Steve was graduated from Northeastern University and
holds an MBA from Babson College. |

| Ray Grupinski is President, Nypro Americas, where he oversees
all Nypro plastics contract manufacturing operations in the United States and
Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brazil and the Dominican Republic. He joined Nypro in
2003. Previously he had worked for manufacturing companies specializing in
custom services and proprietary products. He is an engineering graduate of the
University of Florida and received his MBA from Wake Forest. Ray is the Nypro
Champion on Market Leading Manufacturing Solutions. |

| Gordon B. Lankton is Chairman of the Board, Nypro Inc. An
engineering graduate of Cornell University, he worked for DuPont and the
Stanley Works before joining Nypro in 1962 as general manager and co-owner,
when the company had $600,000 revenues. Since then, and after buying the rest
of Nypro in 1969, Gordon has overseen Nypro's sales growth to its current
billion dollar level. Gordon is a member of the National Plastics Hall of Fame,
a founder and former Chairman of the National Plastics Center and Museum, and
has received a number of lifetime achievement awards from the Society of the
Plastics Industry, the Society of Plastics Engineers, Cornell University, the
Entrepreneur of the Year competition, Plastics News magazine and others. He is
a member of the Board of Trustees at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In 1998
he sold his Nypro stock to Nypro's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP),
creating one of the largest U.S. employee-owned companies.

| Ted Lapres was elected President and CEO of Nypro by the Nypro
Inc. Board of Directors in July, 2006. He had been Vice President - Finance and
Chief Financial Officer. He joined Nypro as Corporate Controller in 1988.
Previously, he held public accounting positions with a "Big Four" firm and
served as Corporate Controller for a manufacturing company. Ted is a graduate
of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Cornell's Johnson Graduate School of
Management. His focus is on positioning Nypro to serve its customers and
enhancing profitability, while keeping the company private and employee-owned.

| Ann Liotta is Corporate Vice President, Human Resources and
Organizational Development. She joined Nypro in 2002; previously she had held
officer-level positions in human resources with electronics, software and
healthcare companies. She was graduated from Boston College. Since joining
Nypro, Ann has worked on standardizing human resources policies and practices
for all 52 Nypro locations in 17 countries.

| Jim Peck is Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and
Secretary for Nypro. He joined Nypro in 1999. Prior positions included global
corporations and a major Boston law firm. He is a graduate of Williams College
and Harvard Law School. Jim's expertise covers a broad range of corporate,
international law and intellectual property areas. He oversees all legal
responsibilities for Nypro, as well as public affairs. |
