Greg Adams is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, with executive responsibility for Financial Reporting, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning and Information Technology. Previously he was Chief Technology and Information Officer. In previous Nypro roles Greg oversaw multiple North American operations and served as executive sponsor for key customers. He has also had responsibility for Corporate Quality; Supply Chain Management; Environmental, Health & Safety and Nypro University. Prior to joining Nypro in 1998, he held executive positions with global plastics and engineering firms, based in the U.S. and Europe, with extensive Asia experience. He began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young; his experience also includes commercial banking and strategic transaction advisory services. Greg received a BA from Michigan State University prior to Masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the Nypro Inc. Board of Directors. |

Simon Chiu is President, Nypro China. He is responsible for all of Nypro’s operations in China, including Tianjin, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Hong Kong. Simon joined Nypro in 2011 as Vice President with responsibility for Nypro’s Packaging and Healthcare business in Asia. Prior to joining Nypro, he held leadership positions at Rexam as CEO of Rexam Plastic Asia and COO of Rexam’s Personal Care Packaging Asia Division. He also had been Managing Director, China Region for Bericap. Simon received his BS from Tunghai University in Taiwan and an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Pat Davies is Corporate Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development. She was appointed to her Nypro position in 2011, following eight years in global HR leadership roles for Millipore Corporation which she had joined in 1987 as part of the Environmental Health and Safety Department. Previously, Pat had worked in Environmental Health and Safety with Hughes Aircraft. Her concentrations in human resources management include talent management, mergers & acquisitions and HR operations & systems. Pat graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds an M.S. from Temple University. |

Paul Kayser |

Paul Kayser is Group President, Packaging with responsibility for all Nypro Packaging business worldwide. He was appointed to that position in 2008. He had been Vice President/General Manager, Nypro Packaging since 2005. Paul also has corporate leadership responsibility for Global Supply Chain, Global Technology and Global Customer Satisfaction. Paul joined Nypro in 2002 and held positions in Business Development and Finance. Previously, he worked in the electronics manufacturing (EMS) industry in engineering and program management. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. |

Gordon B. Lankton |

Gordon B. Lankton is Chairman of the Board, Nypro Inc. An engineering graduate of Cornell University, he worked for DuPont and the Stanley Works before joining Nypro in 1962 as general manager and co-owner when the company had $600,000 revenues. Since then, and after buying the rest of Nypro in 1969, Gordon has overseen Nypro's
sales growth to its current billion dollar level. Gordon is a member of the National Plastics Hall of Fame, a founder and former Chairman of the National Plastics Center and Museum, and has received a number of lifetime achievement awards from the Society of the Plastics Industry, the Society of Plastics Engineers, Cornell University, the Entrepreneur of the Year competition, Plastics News magazine and others. He was a member of the Board of Trustees at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In 1998 he sold his Nypro stock to Nypro's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), creating one of the largest U. S. employee-owned companies. In 2007 he founded the Museum of Russian Icons in Clinton, with the largest collection of Russian icons publicly displayed outside of Russia. The museum has rapidly become one of the major tourist destinations in Central Massachusetts, attracting hundreds of visitors weekly from all over the world. In 2009, Industry Week magazine named Gordon to its inaugural class of ten in the Manufacturing Hall of Fame.

Ted Lapres was elected President and CEO of Nypro Inc. in 2006. He had been Corporate Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Ted joined Nypro in 1988 as corporate controller. Previously, he served as corporate controller for a manufacturing company, Jiffy Packaging, and started his career at Coopers & Lybrand, working in both Boston and London. Ted is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant. His emphasis as CEO is on focusing Nypro to serve its customers and enhance profitability, while keeping the company private, employee-owned and responsible. Over the past decade, he has also served on a number of volunteer organizations, including the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts, Indian Hill Music Center, Groton Conservation Trust and the Groton-Dunstable Youth Basketball League.

Boris Levin |

Boris Levin is Group President, Healthcare with responsibility for Nypro's global healthcare business. He had been Group President of Product Companies and Emerging Markets. Prior to that appointment in 2011 he had been President of NP Medical Inc., market leader in intravenous fluid delivery products and a Nypro product company. Before joining Nypro in 2005, Boris was Vice President and General Manager of ACMI Corporation, one of the largest endoscopy companies in the U.S. He has held several senior management roles in marketing, corporate strategy and manufacturing in the life sciences industry. Early in his career, Boris worked in management for a venture-backed manufacturing application software company and led turnaround strategy projects for A.T. Kearney, a management consulting company. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering and an MBA from Lehigh University.

Jim Sykes |

Jim Sykes is Group President, Nypro Consumer & Electronics (C&E) with strategic responsibility for all worldwide C&E operations, customers and program management. Jim joined the Nypro Consumer & Electronics Marketing Team in August of 1991 and has been responsible for much of the new business that has fueled that global business unit’s (GBU) growth to Nypro’s largest GBU. He has been Vice President of Business Development for C&E for the past four years. Jim earned a BS in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Nichols College.
