Greg Adams
Corporate Vice President, Global Engineering & Technology
Greg Adams is Corporate Vice President, Global Engineering & Technology. Greg is responsible for Nypro's technology portfolio including Research & Development, Information Systems, Corporate Quality, Supply Chain Management and Environmental, Health & Safety. Prior to joining Nypro in 1998, he held executive positions with global plastics and engineering firms, based in the U.S. and Europe, with extensive Asia experience. Previous to his current role at Nypro, he oversaw multiple North American operations. Greg received a BA from Michigan State University prior to Masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Greg is Chairman of Nypro University, Co-Chairman of Nypro Southeast Asia and the Executive Sponsor on Sustainability.
              
Jim Buonomo
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer
Jim Buonomo is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Since joining Nypro in 1977 with Bachelor's and MBA degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Jim has worked in all aspects of finance, manufacturing, sales, general management and administration. He was Nypro's first corporate executive for China, starting in 1993 with about 50 employees and $500,000 in sales. Today, Nypro China has 10,000 employees, a dozen facilities and half a billion dollars in sales. Jim became CFO/CSO in 2006. He is a member of the executive committee of the Society of the Plastics Industry, Washington D.C., and is its past chairman. He also is a member of the Nypro Inc. Board of Directors.
              
Pat Davies
Corporate Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development
Pat Davies is Corporate Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development. She was appointed to her Nypro position in 2011, following eight years in global HR leadership roles for Millipore Corporation which she had joined in 1987 as part of the Environmental Health and Safety Department. Previously, Pat had worked in Environmental Health and Safety with Hughes Aircraft. Her concentrations in human resources management include talent management, mergers & acquisitions and HR operations & systems. Pat graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds an M.S. from Temple University.
              
Paul Kayser
President, Nypro Packaging
Paul Kayser is Group President, Packaging, with responsibility for all Nypro Packaging business worldwide. He was appointed to that position in 2008. He had been Vice President / General Manager, Nypro Packaging since 2005. Paul joined Nypro in 2002 and held positions in Business Development and Finance. Previously, Paul worked in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry in engineering and program management. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor 's degree in mechanical engineering.
              
Gordon B. Lankton
Chairman
Gordon B. Lankton is Chairman of the Board, Nypro Inc.  An engineering graduate of Cornell University, he worked for DuPont and the Stanley Works before joining Nypro in 1962 as general manager and co-owner when the company had $600,000 revenues. Since then, and after buying the rest of Nypro in 1969, Gordon has overseen Nypro's sales growth to its current billion dollar level. Gordon is a member of the National Plastics Hall of Fame, a founder and former Chairman of the National Plastics Center and Museum, and has received a number of lifetime achievement awards from the Society of the Plastics Industry, the Society of Plastics Engineers, Cornell University, the Entrepreneur of the Year competition, Plastics News magazine and others. He was a member of the Board of Trustees at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In 1998 he sold his Nypro stock to Nypro's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), creating one of the largest U. S. employee-owned companies. In 2007 he founded the Museum of Russian Icons in Clinton, with the largest collection of Russian icons publicly displayed outside of Russia. The museum has rapidly become one of the major tourist destinations in Central Massachusetts, attracting hundreds of visitors weekly from all over the world. In 2009, Industry Week magazine named Gordon to its inaugural class of ten in the Manufacturing Hall of Fame.
              
Ted Lapres
President and Chief Executive Officer
Ted Lapres was elected President and CEO of Nypro Inc. in 2006. He had been Corporate Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Ted joined Nypro in 1988 as corporate controller. Previously, he served as corporate controller for a manufacturing company, Jiffy Packaging, and started his career at Coopers & Lybrand, working in both Boston and London. Ted is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant. His emphasis as CEO is on focusing Nypro to serve its customers and enhance profitability, while keeping the company private, employee-owned and responsible. Over the past decade, he has also served on a number of volunteer organizations, including the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts, Indian Hill Music Center, Groton Conservation Trust and the Groton-Dunstable Youth Basketball League.
              
Boris Levin
President, Nypro Healthcare
Boris Levin is Group President, Healthcare with responsibility for Nypro's global healthcare business. He had been Group President of Product Companies and Emerging Markets. Prior to that appointment in 2011 he had been President of NP Medical Inc., market leader in intravenous fluid delivery products and a Nypro product company. Before joining Nypro in 2005, Boris was Vice President and General Manager of ACMI Corporation, one of the largest endoscopy companies in the U.S. He has held several senior management roles in marketing, corporate strategy and manufacturing in the life sciences industry. Early in his career, Boris worked in management for a venture-backed manufacturing application software company and led turnaround strategy projects for A.T. Kearney, a management consulting company. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering and an MBA from Lehigh University.
              
Nelson Ngai
President, Nypro Consumer & Electronics
Nelson Ngai is Group President, Consumer and Electronics, with global responsibility for Nypro's consumer and electronics business, a position to which he was appointed in 2008. Previously, he was Corporate Vice President, Nypro China and India. Since joining Nypro in 1983 as an engineering trainee in Hong Kong, Nelson has been involved in every step of building Nypro's China operations from virtually nothing to a major plastics manufacturing complex with facilities in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Suzhou and Guangzhou. Nelson is a graduate of Queen Mary College, University of London, England with a BSc (Eng) degree.
              
Jim Peck
Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Jim Peck is Corporate Vice President,General Counsel and Secretary for Nypro Inc. Prior to joining Nypro in 1999, he served as senior counsel for several global corporations and was an attorney with a major Boston law firm. Jim graduated from Williams College and Harvard Law School. His areas of expertise include corporate, international law, human resources and intellectual property areas. Jim oversees all legal responsibilities and staff globally for Nypro, as well as Corporate Communications. He sits on the boards of various internal Nypro Boards of Directors. Jim also serves on the Board of the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is a Director of the International Business Council of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts.
