Since programs often require different levels of support, Nypro has established
a three-tier system. Local support, lead by program managers at the plant level,
insures a smooth launch and consistent execution of ongoing programs. Regional program
managers work on programs requiring additional support or specific technical expertise.
The third level, supported by global program managers, is employed with larger scope programs that benefit from having a single point of global contact.
