Nypro Atlanta is the premier facility for paint and laser-etch applications in North America. With the majority of this business in the automotive and electronics markets, Nypro Atlanta is structured to support these products with a state-of-the-art paint system offering up to three-color capability, laser-etch capabilities and a wide array of value added assembly services.
Conveniently located in the growing Southeast Automotive Corridor means Nypro Atlanta is positioned to offer engineering support, just-in-time shipments, returnable packaging handling and over ten years of automotive experience to its customers.
Nypro Atlanta's injection molding capabilities include automated insert molding, vertical insert molding and two-component molding as well as standard injection molding ranging from 50 – 400 ton. The focus is on automation in the injection molding area with robotics on all molding machines as well as bowl feeders and integrated automation creating better processes.
With a growing emphasis on integration and providing sub-assembled components to customers, Nypro Atlanta provides several value added assembly services including pad printing, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, gluing and assembly. These services allow Nypro Atlanta to merge injection-molded components with purchased components in order to create value for our customers by supplying higher-level assemblies.
