| The Nypro Automotive group is focused on applying Nypro's
strengths in precision molding and decorative technologies to support the major
tier one suppliers. From this strategy, two major application focus areas have
evolved. |

| Precision Functional systems often include automated work cells
incorporating vertical insert-molded assemblies for applications such as fuel
and ignition systems. Nypro has expanded this focus to include electronic
sensors and connectors for today's sophisticated vehicles.

The Decorative Interior focus includes such highly aesthetic and
demanding systems as instrument clusters, infotainment center stack bezels, and
overhead consoles. These applications typically include tight tolerance
molding, painting, laser-etching of graphics, in-mold decorative appliques,
chrome-plated or vacuum-metallized accent trim rings, pad printing, assembly,
and integrity confirmation/test.
To support this growth into these two focus areas, Nypro has opened an office
in the Detroit area. Nypro engineers critique early design concepts for
manufacturability to ensure the highest quality at the lowest cost as early as
possible in the design process.
Nypro has established global automotive 'focused factories' that understand the
required quality systems and supply logistics of the market. |

| Nypro Kentucky and Nypro El Paso/Juarez are focused on precision
functional applications for the U.S market. Nypro Atlanta has been set up to
service the exploding growth of transplants to the U.S. market in the
Southeast. This plant has recently installed a new state-of-the-art paint line
to support its strategic growth initiatives. |

| Nypro also has a significant presence in the burgeoning
automotive market in Mexico, with plants in Chihuahua, Monterrey, and
Guadalajara all taking on significant programs to support the global customer
base. In addition, Nypro has made the commitment with several of these
customers to support the automotive growth in the Shanghai China area with
contracts at our Nypro Suzhou plant. |
